Jazmine Sullivan is Jazmine Sullivan, American singer/songwriter. Born as a child in Philadelphia Pennsylvania her debut album Fearless came out in 2008 with commercial and critical success. The record came in the top spot on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and was recognized as gold through the Recording Industry Association of America. Need U Bad, Bust Your Windows as well as other tracks from the album reached the top 40 of Billboard Hot 100. Need U Bad was Sullivan's first album and her only Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs number one. Sullivan followed up with Love Me Back (2010) and was praised by the public and critics. After a three-year-break, Sullivan was signed to RCA Records. In 2015 she dropped her debut album Reality Show under her label. This album was her second Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums number-one. In 2021 she debuted the first EP Heaux Tales.
