Awkwafina

Awkwafina, an American actor and singer, began by releasing a humorous rap track that dealt with issues of sexual and race. The career of the singer and actress grew to Hollywood when she dropped several rap songs. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese and Korean parents in Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was the first instrument she played for her. The classical, jazz, and hip-hop training began as she was just a teenager. While in the school, she focused on journalism and woman's studies. She studied Mandarin briefly in Beijing. Her focus shifted to music only after she completed her degree. After becoming famous through the Internet, her song My Vag was a reaction to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick. It eventually made its way onto her debut album Yellow Ranger. The album also featured viral hits like the body-positive Queef and winking hometown tour NYC Bitche$1. The track that was second on the album linked to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, published in 2015. This was another project. A musician and author was as her credentials, she determined to pursue an actor for a third venture. In addition to early shows such as Girl Code and Tawk she appeared in films such as Neighbors 2, Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018, she landed a number of notable roles that were a breakthrough, like Dude Ocean's Eight or Crazy Rich Asians. It was in June that she released her first film In Fina We Trust.
